Wake it up in five moves

First time holding one? Work through these in order. Nothing here is fragile if you go slow.

Crack open the 3D-printed case with your hands. It's built to come apart.

Lift the assembled board out gently — it's the good stuff, treat it kindly.

Drop in both coin cells, with the + side facing up.

Slide the power switch to ON. The lights should come alive.

Slide the speaker switch to ON if you want the buzz. Leave it off for quiet.

The Puzzle

Three locks. The keys are on you.

Three sets of red-and-yellow lights sit dark until you earn them. The answers are hiding on your lanyard — you've been wearing them the whole time.

Read the lanyard. Three ciphers are printed right on it. Look closely — all of it is there in plain sight.
Break the crypto. Each printed cipher solves to a flag. Three ciphers, three flags.
Go binary. Turn each flag into a 7-bit binary key — seven digits long, ones and zeros.
Enter it. Press and hold the CTF key, then slowly tap in the 7 bits, one at a time.
